Univariate Choropleth map

This map focuses one one thing, poverty. It shows in stark relief the number of people living below the poverty level in this country. It also shows a shape of large amounts of poverty stricken people in the southern part of the country. http://www.cdc.gov/pcd/issues/2007/oct/07_0091.htm

  1. These data sets are quite simple, they are usually ones that contain data which is changing over time and do not change at all. Ratio Data - This is an old form of data, but with the advent of computers it has become even easier to get these types of data. This website is great source to know more about levels of measurement.
